tired but happy

well i am back. relatively unscathed, and certainly nice and clean after a 30 minute shower. now the main task of the day is to stay awake till 8.30. this will be a challenge seeing as i have to go to a meeting at 1 for about 3 hours to talk about stuff i am too tired to care about. but i will do my best to stay upright and hopefully no one will notice i'm sleeping on the inside....

and i have to say; it is very very very good to be back.
